Work-life balance has collapsed since last year. Layoffs, PIPs, and role consolidation have negatively impacted morale severely. Trying to get help from other teams is a lost cause. Politics are being played everywhere now. Additionally, career progression has been at a standstill for years now. Recommend not to come in nowadays.
Take the word of your engineers more seriously instead of brushing their concerns off.
At least show recognition in some material manner instead of just a single thank you after months and months of work.
