Great work culture. Healthy balance between life and work.
Employees are very friendly and are always willing to help you out if you have any problems.
A lot of opportunities are presented to learn.
Management is flexible.
The only con would be that it took a little longer than normal to get the setup ready for an intern to work.
Loved working at PayPal. You guys deserve all the kudos.
It was an overall good experience. General questions related to Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript were asked. They were basic questions. I got two very easy coding questions at the end. My profile is networking-specific, but this interview was more
It was like 6 rounds, with a streamlined HR process. The background check took almost 15+ days. The visa transfer and green card process were also good. I had two phone rounds, then was flown in person to San Jose for the next four rounds.
The interview process included a direct face-to-face meeting, a review of skills, and general collaboration questions to gauge team interactions and personality fit. I was impressed with the smart people who work at PayPal and the insightful question
