Pros

Great technology. Lively place to work.

Cons

Too much work pressure in few groups, but the compensation is not satisfactory. I know people who worked for 80 hours or 70 hours for weeks and still not recognized for their efforts.

Advice to Management

Reward your employees for their hard work, else those people will find their place elsewhere or their productivity will be reduced.
