People are nice to work with, a great campus, location, and gym.

Constant reorg, too much time spent on meetings, very poor QA team with very little technical skills.

Projects get scrapped and vision changes all the time, so resources are not utilized well, leading to way too much free time and politics.

CQ standard has to be raised. Growth is all about who you know and how you project yourself.

Management sucks. Please do not spend all the time in meetings; instead, appreciate and foster growth for people who do the real work.
