I had a phone call with the recruiter, followed by a phone call technical interview. Upon passing this, I had a two-hour Skype technical interview with two separate interviewers. They asked basic coding questions about data structures and algorithms.

Asked questions on Java and Salesforce integration over the phone. It went pretty well and came onsite immediately. The job location was in San Jose, California. The HR interview was very straightforward. Mostly a straightforward interview.
