I applied online.
There were 8 interviews. Yes, you read that right, 8 interviews for a mid-level role with less than $200k total comp, with a LeetCode and DSA round in 2026! The Android technical interview was a joke. If I were them, I would eliminate the LeetCode round and make the Android technical more challenging and involved. It felt like the senior manager in the last interview didn't give an F, maybe because they already knew they were not proceeding with me.
The panel round consists of 5 interviews. It's not on an individual pass/fail basis, and it's either all in one day or spread out. If you decide to go through with this, heavily prepare your behavioral and culture responses and system design knowledge on top of DSA.
The following metrics were computed from 3 interview experiences for the Peloton Android Engineer role.
Peloton's interview process for their Android Engineer roles is incredibly easy as the vast majority of engineers get an offer after going through it.
Candidates reported having very good feelings for Peloton's Android Engineer interview process.
