I participated in 8 interviews with Peloton. Interviewers did not seem to understand the role they were hiring for, and I was given conflicting explanations on what this person would be doing.
Technical interviews were conducted via HackerRank. Interviewers were disengaged (basically silent or providing vague/intentionally ambiguous answers to my questions) and did not understand the problem they were asking me to solve. Problems were not applicable to the domain/industry in any way.
Overall, it was a poor experience, but not overly challenging. The hiring manager asked many behavioral questions. I only got 5 minutes per interview to ask my questions, which was not enough.
