Interviewing with Peloton was a fair process, and they responded quickly at each step. I received a great offer, and was happy to accept!

The interview process is typical for software engineering: an initial discussion with a recruiter, a tech screen, and then a four-hour loop, all conducted remotely. I liked that the technical questions they asked were well-scoped and related to real problems you might solve on the job, not just throwing out a LeetCode problem.

One area that sold me on working at Peloton was the people. Everyone I met with was passionate, engaging, and fun to talk to. The tech stack is also good and fits with my background well.

There is some considerable risk working at Peloton, as it's been a rough year for the company. However, I believe in the product and that things can turn around, and I'm excited to be a part of that.
