Process
It was an efficient and fair process, a combination of system design and coding questions, and one session for speaking with the hiring manager. The phone screen used Karat, which allowed for a lot of flexibility in scheduling as well. I was given verbal feedback super quickly, and I really appreciated that the recruiter was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process.
Interviewers were respectful and friendly; I left with a very positive impression of the org and the team.
