4 rounds of interviews, all on Zoom. The entire process took about 5 weeks. Round 1: Recruiter Round 2: Hiring Manager Round 3: Technical interview Round 4: Five back-to-back interviews with members of the team.
It was pretty straightforward. It took a month from initial hiring to the final offer. The recruiter was pretty nice and genuinely interested in candidates. Next, there was a technical coding round with a basic program (Kotlin preferred over Java).
Met the Peloton recruiters at a career fair. I was able to give them a resume and, to my surprise, they called me in for an interview. Overall, this was a great experience, and I enjoyed spending time with the recruiters during my interview.
