Perplexity

My colleagues on mobile are very sharp and hard-working. There is lots to learn, and I will be pushed to ship quickly and with high attention to detail. The team is distributed, so it's not ideal, but all are connected on Slack and always willing to jump on calls if help is needed. Founders work insane hours and will always be responsive, so they do a great job of leading by example and establishing a strong culture. For hungry, design-obsessed engineers, this is heaven for you.

Definitely more intense than other places I've worked, but it seems like lots of praise and thanks are given to those who deliver. While the founders work insane hours and are always willing to jump into challenging work, they're not always the most thoughtful around career growth and development.

Provide more resources to the iOS team so people are not working too hard and burn out.
