Pros: In PhonePe, there is good growth, and we can gain excellent tech and domain knowledge. Since it's a FinTech, there is no comparison to any company with regards to food (lunch). It provides good insurance.
Cons: 5 days WFO. No cab facility or fuel reimbursement. Very competitive and fast-moving environment (might be a pro too).
