Pros: PhonePe has a great tech culture, pushing each and every one to imagine and build things without worrying about failure. Management is quite supportive here.
Cons: Seriously, I don't find any. Some people might think that they do a lot of work here at PhonePe, but I think it is that kind of company only. What can you expect from a growing startup?
