The interviewer was helpful and patient. The overall process was smooth. He asked two coding questions on a shared HackerRank screen. The first round was an hour long. Both questions were of dynamic programming.

Pros: You get to work on interesting projects.
Cons: The company was kind of transitioning and ramping up the headcount from a startup to a medium-sized company, to a high-performance, process-oriented one. (Not that there is any problem with that), but yeah, it was a kind of bugging factor for myself.

Good work-life balance, if you know how to maintain it.
Opinions are heard.
Cons: Even though they claim to have a flat hierarchy, there is some hierarchy within the mobile development team, which the team refuses to acknowledge. Senior members (those with more years of experience) are by default given more importance, even though they might be wrong at times.
