Pros: You’ll work with very smart engineers here. They take only the creamy layer, and all those who are hired are either very good logically or very good at coding.
Tech-wise, it is one of the best places to learn, especially in an early career.
Lunch is good.
Cons: WLB is not so great because of lots of tasks at any time. Also, the peers are very hard working, and many people will work on weekends too out of interest.
Benefits are mostly on paper only, and any benefits mentioned by HR should be taken with a pinch of salt.
