There are so many pros. I am listing a few here:
- Full transparency in company dreams and goals. You can connect yourself easily with the company.
- Best work culture I have found till now.
- Managers are really, really good here. They help you a lot. They listen to you and act on your requests immediately.
- Work-life balance is also good in most of the teams.
- You get full freedom for experimenting on open-source tech and using it.
- Mostly, you can get the kind of work that you like after having some discussions with your manager.
The referrals and hiring process is very slow.
