Excellent company with an excellent culture
The work culture is terrific at PhonePe. You own what you do. Managers are very helpful and understanding.
Since the company has become big, it seems we're losing some of our startup culture and turning into an MNC-kind of a culture.
Freshers are sometimes given on-par salary with an experienced person, which is not fair.
Should stick with startup culture and not turn into one of those boring MNCs.
