Worst experience in PhonePe
Should not be honest and hardworking. I got through many filtering processes and interviewed for about 6 times. The last round was a project round where I did everything, but they were not ready to hear. They randomly selected people for full time. They don't appreciate hardworking, honest, and sincere candidates. I never want to work here.
The process of recruitment is like playing with the lives of college graduates. You take them and in the end say goodbye. That fresher doesn't even know what to do next. Please don't trust the company and go behind CTC.
Respect and give the candidates you recruited a chance; they will definitely learn. Don't make them a loser.
