At PhonePe, the best part I feel is the people with whom you work over here.

Whenever, as a new joinee, you enter the org, your first concern would be: if I'll ever get stuck with any issue or need help in understanding the existing workflows, will people here come forward to help or not.

At PhonePe, the environment in terms of helping others, learning, and the type of work we do here, it is exceptionally good.

Also, the second thing people talk about is compensation. We never get disappointed about the pay we get here in terms of work and the efforts we put here.

At present, I haven't recognized anything I should count as a con. The HR team, leadership, and management take care of everything we anytime request or ask for improvement.
