It is a fantastic environment for a fresher to begin their career, especially if you are a backend developer.
People, including managers, often talk in Hindi during official discussions.
Getting promoted before working here for more than four or five years is hard, especially in the mobile app development team.
Now, managers have started micromanagement as well.
Give everyone an equal opportunity; don't give it only to the people you want to promote.
