You should go for this company if you don't want any mental peace in your life. The work culture is toxic and miserable. There is no work recognition, even if you work 24/7. Terrible work-life balance. You are expected to work on weekends as well, and if you don't, your performance would be marked as poor.

The management is extremely biased. Juniors in the team have no say and have to blindly follow what seniors want them to do. There are no upcoming good projects and literally zero learning/growth opportunities. Even the teams are not supportive and full of credit hoggers. To compensate for their previous year's mass hiring, it is now silently laying off employees by putting them on PIP. Also, many employees were given 0% appraisal even after working so hard. I know people who have gone into depression and migraines working there. Gave it one star also because a lower rating isn't possible.
