- Use of legacy tools.
- Relevant documentation of technologies is not available.
- Some folks/seniors are unapproachable.
- Hesitation of moving to new tools/technologies.
- L1s get very few chances to work on innovative things, because of which growth is less.
- Unsupportive manager.
Few teams are really good; however, it depends mostly upon your manager.

SRE Engineer
There were 3 rounds. The first round was based on CN theory. The second was on shell scripting basics. The second technical round was face-to-face, covering CN and shell scripting. The third round was on shell scripting.

We first had an MCQ test, followed by two technical rounds and then an HR round. The two technical rounds were a little tough, considering they asked questions on OS, OOPs, and Networking.
