I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks.
I interviewed with Photoroom a while ago. The staff I talked to seemed okay at first. After the 2nd interview, they gave me a 4-hour assignment. I did my best to solve it. I had 4 years of experience solving identical tasks at this point, so I was pretty confident I did a good job. I was looking forward to the 3rd interview. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them since. Maybe it's because the recruiter they are using isn't the best, but the only response I got was that my solution wasn't good enough. I asked them for more feedback, as I was genuinely curious why they think it's not good enough, and there was no response. The recruiter ghosted me too. I must say, I felt pretty disrespected. In hindsight, it's probably for the best. I wouldn't be comfortable working with people who treat others like this.
