Process

The process was pretty standard.

  1. Recruiter reached out and had an initial phone screen.
  2. Take-home assessment (2 hours long).
  3. Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager. They asked me about Data Structures and Algorithms instead of discussing the take-home assessment.
  4. I was ghosted; there was no update from the recruiter nor the hiring manager.

I feel like step 2, the take-home assessment, was a waste of time if the hiring manager was not going to discuss it. It was also a total waste of time if Phressia cannot give a proper rejection. I would rather be rejected than ghosted.
