The interview process consisted of three technical rounds, followed by a managerial round and an HR discussion.
The first two technical rounds primarily focused on the fundamentals of .NET and JavaScript frameworks. The interviewers were approachable and supportive; they provided hints when I was stuck, making the conversation more collaborative than evaluative.
The final technical round, conducted by the US team, stood out for its emphasis on out-of-the-box thinking. It went beyond technical knowledge and involved in-depth discussions around project architecture and real-world problem-solving.
During the managerial and director-level interactions, it was clear that the leadership had a strong vision for their projects. They were particularly interested in understanding my thought process, approach to problem-solving, and how well I would fit into their team culture.
Overall, it was a thought-provoking and enriching experience, and I appreciated the depth and structure of the entire process.
