I like their interview structure as it more accurately measures a candidate's problem-solving and solution navigation skills, rather than an arbitrary knowledge test. I hope other companies adopt similar practices.

However, a lot of time was spent waiting to book the next round of interviews, which can be difficult.

The process includes:

• A phone interview.
• A code challenge where a developer watches you code and is available to answer any questions.
• A system design interview where you dive deep into technology choices and design aspects.
• Lastly, seven half-hour interviews back-to-back with a break in between, with different people from the company.
