The process consisted of several interviews, including technical interviews (code, design, QA, and architect) and others focused more on soft skills. All interviews were conducted by members of various teams within the company. Only the initial screen was performed by HR.
For instance, a software engineer who went through the new grad program conducted the code interview.
Overall, the interview process was fair and provided insight into what the company is like. I found the experience to be a positive one.
