I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.
I was pretty disappointed with the interview process — the hiring manager came off as confrontational from the start of the interview, and kept fixating on the fact that I had spent two years at my current role (even though a quick look at his profile showed multiple roles with 2y or shorter tenures).
As a result, we didn't have any chance to talk about management style, leadership experience, recruiting, building a high performance team, engineering skills, or really anything at all relevant to the job. I felt like if that was the attitude going in, they should have just rejected me at the resume screen and saved us all some time.
They just kept coming back to why I was looking for a role after only two years at my current one.
