Process
After a code test, I was scheduled for a 1:1 interview. When I logged on, I waited for 10 minutes.
Then I emailed the interviewer. I was determined and excited.
They never showed up, and we rescheduled with another interviewer. They made a big deal about giving you the opportunity to have your camera on or off, but did not mention that the interviewer might also elect to go camera off.
I turned my camera on and wished I hadn't because my interviewer left the camera off, and I found it unnerving and discouraging. The interviewer seemed completely disengaged, and I was surprised.
