Process

The process has 3 stages:

The first is with HR to ensure your skills and expectations align with what they offer.

The second interview is technical, where a live exercise is performed. You must explain the problem analysis process and the potential solution.

Subsequently, there is a stage with 5 tests, which are the following:

A test specific to the position
A test on system design
Another exercise similar to the second interview
Two additional tests to evaluate cultural fit with the company

This entire process is conducted in English.

Pros: At first it was remote and we worked very well. Now it's hybrid and, while the pay is enough for me, it wasn't worth it. Therefore, I had to leave my job.

Cons: It's difficult to change teams. The changes are in February, but I didn't see much intermobility.
