1. The recruiter was the worst recruiter I've worked with in my entire professional life. She was so unhelpful, replied to my emails very late, and knew almost nothing about the role or the interview process, just to mention a few issues.

2. I told her that I had one other offer and needed to know the feedback as fast as possible. She called me yesterday and told me the interview feedback was positive and that they were waiting for MLE L4 approval. In the meantime, she asked for my compensation expectations.

I didn't want to share my numbers before they gave me any offer, but she told me that she was not negotiating and needed to know my expectations. So, I shared my expectations. Today, she called and said they had decided not to move forward.
