Process

The initial LeetCode round included a few ML-related questions about LLMs. The onsite interviews consisted of two more LeetCode rounds and two systems design interviews.

This was genuinely one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. The interviewers seemed like they would rather be anywhere but there.

Many of them were incredibly rushed. One interviewer had rented an office room that he was getting kicked out of, so he just hung up the call without any time for questions or even a goodbye.

The worst part was one of the interviewers actively trying to trick me. I provided the correct answer, and then she would say, "Are you sure?" I would reiterate yes, and then she would say, "Are you reallyyy sure?" This continued until I second-guessed myself and changed my answer, assuming if someone said that, it must be wrong. However, she would then declare, "Ha, wrong!"

Stay as far away as possible. They put the least amount of effort into the interview process of any company I've ever interviewed with. The questions are lazy, and there's clearly no training for the interviewers.
