I applied through an employee referral.
The process started with an initial interview covering past experience, one coding problem, and basic ML questions. The final loop included coding, ML/system design, and behavioral interviews. System design focused mostly on recommendation systems. The coding questions were not typical LeetCode problems; one felt more like an ML engineering problem than a standard algorithmic question, and the other one was really challenging, and I couldn't solve the whole thing in 30 minutes because I hadn't seen it before.
