Process
The first round was an online assessment. It was medium difficulty and included questions on Machine Learning (ML).
The second round was a recruiter screening, which went well. My recruiter asked why I wanted to join Pinterest and immediately sent an invitation for the next round, a full loop interview.
The full loop consisted of four rounds:
- Two rounds focused on Machine Learning (ML), featuring real-time ML questions. One scenario involved the Pinterest homepage, and the other focused on fraud detection.
- Two rounds focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Both DSA rounds were assessed at a LeetCode Medium difficulty level.
All interview rounds were at a LeetCode Medium difficulty level.
