Pros: It offers many benefits in addition to those required by law, from savings funds, grocery vouchers, major medical expense insurance, etc.
The office is a very nice place; they have unlimited pantry for employees.
Cons: Promotions are somewhat complicated. To be promoted, you need more than a year in the same position.
