A recruiter reached out to me about an opportunity back in early June and scheduled a technical phone screen. I felt very grateful because I hadn't applied for the job, and I would definitely love to work at Pinterest.

So far, so good. After finishing the phone screen, I received positive feedback and was handed over to another recruiter for virtual on-site scheduling and a prep call. After talking with the recruiter regarding the virtual on-site and everything else, there has been no update.

I tried emailing the recruiters, but I received no response at all. It's been dead silence for a month now.

I don't understand why they would ghost a candidate. As much as I desire to work at Pinterest, this recruiting process is unacceptable. At least reply and let me know what is going on.
