The interview process began with a recruiter informational call, followed by a technical phone screen and an onsite interview.

The recruiter was not very responsive, and I ended up having to manage them from time to time.

However, the engineers I met with at Pinterest were all really nice and intelligent. They were definitely people I would want to work with every day.

A lot of the questions they asked me were very open-ended coding questions. These questions were a simplified version of a product problem they're trying to solve.
