I applied online.
The first two rounds were a Karat coding challenge and an interview with a Karat Engineer. I managed to pass both rounds (note that the Karat interview has a relatively low passing bar).
Then I proceeded with a technical interview with a Pinterest Engineer. We briefly talked about the internship program, and he asked me a LeetCode medium question. I solved the question, but it looks like he had another one he withheld because there was not enough time.
Three weeks later, I got a rejection from the recruiter. I asked for feedback, but she did not reply.
One LeetCode medium question.
I cannot remember which question it is, but it is about strings. The solution is very straightforward.
