I had many hostile experiences with mentorship, which made it difficult as an intern to make progress and feel like I was learning from the experience. (Also worth noting that HR addressed some of these issues.)

They conduct an online evaluation, then proceed to a technical interview, followed by an interview with the team leader. After this, I did not continue to the next stage.

After application, there was a CodeSignal OA. The recruiter contacted me one week after I finished the OA. The next step was the interview. The interview was scheduled for 1 hour but actually took about 30 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly.
