Worst HR screening experience. Unprofessional and a waste of time.
A recruiter contacted me, and another HR scheduled a phone screening with me. The first two scheduled meetings were canceled. At the third one, the HR was 7 minutes late for a 30-minute meeting. The HR said there was no fit for my background, apologized, and ended the call in 2 minutes.
She could have reviewed my resume, which I gave her the first day in the process, and stopped right there instead of wasting my three 30 minutes.
None. The HR simply told me there is no fitting opening for my background.
