I was contacted by a Plaid recruiter and asked to complete a take-home coding challenge. There was no phone screen or call beforehand. After submitting the challenge, the recruiter contacted me after two weeks to proceed with a final interview. The final interview consists of multiple 30-minute interviews with team members.

When trying to contact recruiters, be happy that you can even get a response. Most of the time, they seem to simply ignore your emails.
