I applied and then had a phone interview with a recruiter. It went very well and ended with the recruiter stating he would like to set up another interview with some of the project leads. I provided some times that would work for me, but I have not heard back since.
I was very excited about the position and felt the first interview went well, so I was disappointed not to hear back. I reached out several times over the following few months to see if the recruiter had forgotten about my application, but I still have not heard back at all.
This feels very unprofessional and has somewhat soured my view of the company, which was otherwise very positive.
