The interview process began with a phone screen, followed by a take-home assignment using their mock website. This assignment took me approximately 12-15 hours to complete.
After I submitted it, they informed me they would not be moving forward with my application. Only then did they mention that they do not provide any feedback.
This was by far the biggest time commitment for an interview process I've experienced, and the lack of feedback was disappointing. It felt very disrespectful of my time.
At the very least, they should inform candidates that no feedback will be given before they invest a significant amount of time in the assignment.
The phone screen was an ASCII art thing.
