Did R1 after the OA. It was a multi-part backend coding question and built up on top of previous parts (sort of like the OA). Expected to write test cases beyond the examples as well.

The process began with an initial phone screen with a recruiter, which led to a remote interview with the team lead. Following that, I had a remote technical interview with a very kind and insightful interviewer.
