I was contacted by a member of the talent acquisition team and scheduled an interview, which was postponed by her at the last minute. This happened twice.

I was patient and rescheduled it a third time, and this time it was a no-show. Finally, I received an email after a week apologizing and rescheduling it.

This time we spoke for 20-25 minutes and decided to schedule further interviews (technical) in the coming weeks. A week later, I received an email stating that they would not be proceeding with my application.

I understand getting rejections; however, it does not make sense to be contacted, waste time, and then reject without giving the candidate a chance.
