Made it to the initial culture screen. The interviewer was a few minutes late, but friendly, and the conversation felt comfortable.

The rejection email stated other candidates had more experience working on products that are more like PostHog. That's fair, but my experience was clearly laid out on my application. If that was truly the reason for my rejection, rejecting at the application stage would have been more respectful of my time.
