Senior Backend Engineer Interview Experience - London, England
Process
Didn't actually have any interview. Received an email stating I have impressive experience, and that I should schedule a meeting on a given scheduling link.
I scheduled the meet, and the recruiter did not join at any point. Emailed during and after to see what happened and if we could reschedule, with no response, even after multiple weeks.
Quite disappointing and poor, given they supposedly try to be very transparent as part of their company culture.
