Process

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.

Fair interview process. The company posts everything on their website, including what interviewers will ask you, salary, benefits, and more. There is a system design portion and a super day, where you get paid for a day's worth of work.

Pros: – Fantastic people who make for an incredibly friendly yet absolutely professional environment – Competent and honest leadership – Quite generous compensation – Overall transparency (the open source handbook is a great asset!) – Real growth and solid business perspectives – 100% remote – which enables working with people from multiple continents from wherever you want

Cons: Startup may totally not be suitable for people who rather find themselves in corporate settings. - 100% remote - makes cooperation and socializing somewhat more difficult
