There were 4 rounds: 3 from SDE 1 and 1 managerial.
The third round was a Spotify playlist question. It was presented very poorly, and I knew I would score poorly on it. It took me 45 minutes to understand the test case and what the interviewer wanted. Again, it was unclear, and the interviewer was unable to explain the question well.

Pros: Good place to work if you like solving technical problems. The team culture is collaborative and people are generally willing to help when you need it. You get reasonable autonomy on projects and can make an impact if you take initiative. There are opportunities to grow your skills and work on interesting challenges.
Cons: Like most companies, there's technical debt that doesn't always get prioritized. Sometimes decisions feel rushed and you have to deal with inconsistencies between different parts of the system.
