I applied through an employee referral.

The process had four stages:

• An HR call
• A technical screen
• A system design round
• A take-home assignment presented at an onsite

All responses came within 2 days of each round, which I appreciated. The take-home assignment was substantial, but they do compensate you for your time.

The onsite presentation felt a bit deflating. The interviewers mentioned they were doing multiple rounds of these that day, and it showed. They seemed tired and somewhat checked out during the presentation, though that's understandable given the volume of interviews they run.

Overall, the process was thorough and organized, but by the final stage the energy on their end had clearly worn thin.
